This is a 3-day training and preparation for the IIEMA Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) ® Exams. It is an intensive hands-on knowledge transfer in enterprise operations and strategy management, it is a detailed acquisition of skills and knowledge required in Enterprise management to passing the exams in one sitting. The Instructors have a minimum of 15 years’ experience managing enterprise operations and mentorship in various areas of the 21st-century business enterprise. The training will cover all enterprise processes end – end, including the enterprise framework with guides from the enterprise management book of knowledge (EMBOK).
